Pricing for all intervention programmes is based on the number of pupils you’re looking to support and how long you’d like to sign up for. We’ll always try to take your school’s individual circumstances into consideration so it’s difficult to show exact pricing before we’ve spoken to you to understand your school’s requirements, aims and budget.
On average, one to one support from Third Space Learning works out at 50% cheaper than running one to one interventions with existing school staff. Exact pricing will depend on your school’s individual requirements.
Yes. We work with schools of all sizes across the country, from small rural schools with less than 20 pupils on roll to schools with 500+ pupils. There’s no minimum or maximum number of pupils you can sign up to receive the weekly lessons and we’ll always do our best to work with your budget.
Schools using our intervention programmes get full access to all resources in our online resource library, The Third Space Maths Hub, included at no additional cost. We’ll also send out headsets for your pupils to use in their sessions free of charge, including any replacement headsets required throughout the duration of the programme.
It really amazes me that they put their headset on and they’re lost in their little bubble. They’ve got no concept of the other children working around them and you can see they’re really thinking hard.”

The SATs results for our pupil premium children have historically been very low, and we were really looking for something that could fill a gap. With Third Space, our maths progress has improved a lot, and we’ve gone from 40% ARE to 70% ARE this year!

Deputy Headteacher, Parson Street Primary School, Bristol
This past year 100% of our Pupil Premium pupils passed their maths SATs, and 50% of those at Greater Depth! On top of this, 100% of the Year 4 and 5 pupils on the programme achieved Age Related Expectations or higher. It’s clear to see that Third Space has been having an impact.
The pupils that are receiving the programme have shown an excellent improvement in their confidence as well as competency in key areas. The progress reports clearly show how a pupil's understanding is developing over time.
Great price, for a great service and fully engaged and committed children who not only love the personalised nature of the sessions, but also make clear progress.
One to one for a good value price. Pupils enjoy working with their tutors - they describe them as lovely, friendly and helpful. Good range of sessions. Content of the sessions is appropriate and fits with the scheme of work we use in lessons.
This provides the opportunity for a large number of children to engage in bespoke maths tuition at the same time and the personalised objectives mean that everyone is working at the right level. The children are engaged throughout and are more willing to acknowledge their weaknesses with a stranger than they might be in the classroom with their peers.
In all honesty, the sessions are excellent and the structure and pace means the children progress well. Most importantly, they love them! And in times of budget cuts and uncertainty, it's something which we had no problem funding again this year.
